VERNIUM CLEAN 1220

Highly Efficient Soap 1220 is a complex of highly efficient soaping ingredients, excellent in detergency and washing. Specially used for soaping after reactive dyeing, it removes floating dye and significantly improves dye fastness, chelating calcium, magnesium and other metal ions in hard water.

• Performs excellently in hard water and is suitable in both acidic and alkaline mediums; in acidic medium it saves the neutralising bath and removes unfixed hydrolysis dyes from bath and fabric.

Application

Suitable for cotton fabric and bulk fibre, soaping after reactive dyeing or printing. Dosage: 0.5–1.5% (light, medium and dark shades).

1. Drain the dye bath; clean with warm wash or cold overflow for 10–20 minutes, then drain the bath.
2. Dose neutralizing agent to bring bath to pH 5.0–5.5, hold 15 minutes.
3. Dose soaping agent as per the shade and raise temperature to 90–95°C, hold around 20–30 minutes, then drain the bath.
4. Hot wash around 80–85°C.
5. Cold wash — unload.

Packed in 50 kg rocket-type carboys.

Storage and Handling

Sealed in original container at temperature under 25°C; storage life 12 months.
