VERNIUM SOAP 1240

Highly Efficient Soaping 1240 is a complex of highly efficient surfactants, excellent in dispersion, emulsification and washing. Its special soap system destroys the chromophore group in the hydrolysate of unreacted and fixing dye without affecting dye already bonded to the fibre through covalent bonds.

Application

Prepare a 1:20 aqueous solution of the powder soap. Rinse off residue after dyeing with warm water for 20 minutes, then heat to 90–100°C after changing water and wash with the aqueous solution for 20 minutes.

Dosage: 1–1.5% from the aqueous solution. Recommended dilution ratio 1:20–1:25 with normal stirring.
