Suitable for cotton fabric, bulk fibre, soaping after reactive dyestuff in dyeing & printing.

Specifications

• Appearance: White grey particles. pH (1% Solution): 6.0–7.0
• Solubility: Soluble in cold water (do not dissolve in hot water)
• Environmental: Does not contain any APEO, NPEO ingredients

Application Instruction

1. Dissolve in cold water just before soaping, as per lab confirmation.
2. Remove residual liquid after dyeing; clean with warm water or cold wash 15 min, then drain the bath.
3. Dose neutralizing agent to bring bath to pH 5–5.5, run 10 minutes.
4. Dose product as per lab recommendation, raise temperature to 90–95°C and wash around 20 minutes.
5. Drain the bath — cold wash — unload.

Suggestion for Dark Shades

Dosage: 1–1.2%. Time: 20–30 min. Temperature: 90–95°C.

Note: Recipe should first be confirmed in lab, then scaled to bulk. Dissolve evenly in cold water and filter before use; do not dissolve in hot water.

Packing

This product is supplied in HDPE drums of 50 kg and 200 kg net.

Storage and Handling

The material can be stored for 12 months below 40°C.
